7.1 To the extent allowed by law the products on the ATC website are provided on an AS IS (with defects known or unknown) and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent allowed by law any and all warranties are specifically disclaimed.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, ATC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the ATC website. Any user expressly disclaims any right to punitive or exemplary damages.

7.3 ATC makes absolutely no warranty that the functionality of the ATC website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the ATC website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

7.4 ATC shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education in regards to the use of any ATC product.


9. Return & Repair Policy

All custom work completed by ATC is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of ATC. All unused unopened products may be returned within 15 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting ATC's service department.

12. Blade and tool Purchases

ATC ships direct to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items.

ATC reserves the right to cancel/refund orders made utilizing third party software.

ATC encourages buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged weapons in their states and jurisdictions.

15. Shipping

ATC is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout. All orders over 100$ a require signature upon receipt.

16. Indemnity

Any use/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold ATC and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by ATC arising out of any breach by user/purchaser of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of the use of ATC website. The foregoing indemnity shall have no limit in its scope or duration.
